So 50 Cent and Justin Timberlake did a song together entitled “Ayo Technology” off the half-dollar’s upcoming album, Curtis. Normally that sentence would end with, “so the fuck what?” But they sampled video game chirps and such which makes it notable in my opinion.

Obviously, I need to get out more.

Sometimes I get these intense emails from certain DJs with 48pt font and 40 exclamation points with ridiculous tags like, “FUK WIT DIS” “NEW PRINCE OF THE SOUF” “FIRE!!!!” “MUSICAL CRACK” and so on. I thought I’d try some of these gritty street marketing techniques with my audience. Let me know if they’re working.

“I Was There” Files: All City Fresh Party @ Supreme Trading

Unh huh. There is a reason these “I Was There” posts have been so sporadic and it’s because I need to just be keeping my black ass at home. I went to the All City Fresh, Takeover Theory, Party Run By Every N*gga You Know jumpoff last Thursday because there were about 400 DJs (ok, there were 12), art (um…something of a misnomer) 2 open bars (you know how I like to get all Drunky Brewster on they asses) and nekkid women you get to paint! A good time should have been in the bag right?
